Steady Plate provides digital culinary products — recipe libraries, menus and written cooking courses — delivered as browser-based web apps. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods. All products are accessed online.

3. Digital Delivery & Access

• Access is granted immediately after successful payment confirmation.
• You log in using the same email address entered at checkout; keep it accurate and accessible.
• A confirmation email with your access link is sent right after purchase. Check your spam/junk folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes, or contact support.
• Access is personal and may not be shared, resold, or used to provide services to third parties.

• Prices and currency are shown clearly on the checkout page before you confirm payment.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details on our own servers.
• Taxes, currency conversion fees or bank charges applied by your card issuer or payment provider are your responsibility.

5. Subscriptions & Renewals

Some programs are offered on a recurring subscription basis. When that is the case, the billing frequency, amount and currency are clearly disclosed before you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid the next charge — see our Refunds & Cancellation page for instructions.

Purchasing a program does not transfer ownership of any content to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, and typically appears within 5–10 business days, though some card issuers may take longer to display the credit.

4. Cancelling a Subscription

If your program is billed on a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless it falls within the 7-day guarantee described above. You can cancel yourself in two clicks through the billing portal (the link is also in every receipt email), or contact support with the email used at checkout and we will confirm the cancellation date in writing. Renewal amounts and dates are always the ones shown at checkout.
